Thanks so much to everyone who came to our MindShare event at the Lucky Lab last night! A big thank you also goes out to our speaker Emily Anderson. This month, attendees had the opportunity to complete the BEST (Business Evaluation & Suitability Test) Assessment which is a way to determine how people operate and what type of work they are best suited for. At this workshop, Emily unpackaged the results for everyone and explained what it meant to be a Belonger, Achiever, Societal, or and Emulator, a combination of those, and much more. Her presentation is below and works to follow along with your assessment if you took it. Emily is also going to record her presentation and make it available for us to hear which will give you all a more in-depth overview of your results.
