• Managed audio production for all properties at Feld Entertainment, a multi-billion-dollar company with properties including Disney, Universal Studios, Dreamworks, Nickelodeon, Monster Jam, and Supercross with shows touring in more than 75 countries, six continents
• Responsible for the development and distribution of audio tracks for all shows at Feld Entertainment
• Regularly interfaced with directors, choreographers, producers, composers, and music directors for new show development
• Worked with senior management on restructuring the department for anticipated growth

• Cultivated relationships with vendors for the procurement and design of gear for multi-million-dollar sound systems on touring shows.
• Collaboratively managed the design, installation, and refurbishment of all shows at Feld Entertainment

• Developed cross departmental standards for drafting highlighting the implementation of sound equipment on all shows
• Developed training programs and educated heads of department on every show
