I am a former educator looking to do something different. I have strong interpersonal skills. I understand the complexities of a workplace and am able to make thoughtful decisions taking into account multiple perspectives. -Arranged and provided federally mandated educational services for a caseload of 30+ students
-Coordinated and facilitated meetings with multiple stakeholders including district and school administrators, school-based and community-based service providers, and families
-Created and implemented Individualized Education Plans and tracked data on goal progress to uphold Free and Appropriate Public Education in coordinence with IDEA law
-Managed a team of 6 classroom paraeducators
