• Training volunteers to operate all equipment.
MHS Conference Center/Bible College hosts retreats & conferences of up to 1000+ guests every week across 15 meeting rooms/auditoriums. I was responsible for the following:
• Setup and tear down AVL equipment for weekly retreats & student events.
• Coordination and maintenance of all media systems in fifteen separate meeting rooms.
• Weekly inventory/maintenance of all equipment on campus.

• Provided excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs were well met according to company standards.
• Led and trained a team of student volunteers to assist in setup/teardown and equipment operation.
This was my introduction to the world of Audio/Visual. Here I was trained to understand and operate all sound/video equipment at the church and helped in redesigning multiple sound systems on campus.
