RESPONSIBILITIES
• Payroll and HRIS: Processed bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll for ChefStable and clients, completing accuracy audits and managing corrections. Maintained employee files, updated workflows, managed integrations, and completed quarterly audits within HRIS.
• Benefits Support: Plan sponsor for company 401k managing plan design, compliance, employee communications and enrollments. Ensured service providers met needs and standards of performance for department and clients. Ran quarterly time off audits. Supported Benefits Manager in navigation of new employee benefit implementations such as Oregon Paid Leave.
• Client and Employee Support: Managed client and employee disputes, harassment claims, and performance issues, resolving conflicts to maintain positive and productive work environments, filing documentation securely.
• Team Support: Thoroughly understood each team members duties and responsibilities, enabling me to offer effective guidance and support. Fostered an open communication atmosphere where all ideas were welcomed, and constructive feedback was encouraged.

• Payroll and HRIS: Successful HRIS data migration management from ADP Run to ADP Workforce during acquisition, processed bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll, manual check processing, and maintained employee files within HRIS.
• Benefits Administration: Workers Compensation reporting and claim management, admin of medical, dental, and vision plans with HSA, 401k plan sponsor managing enrollments and distributions, and census and compliance reporting.
• Performance and Development: Arranged training for new hires, coached performance improvement, set best practices for time management and quality control, conducted performance and compensation reviews.
• Employee Engagement and Relations: Conducted employee surveys, promoted positive culture, consistent employee encouragement and recognition, settled disputes and conflicts through a compassionate yet realistic approach.
