Geno Pisaneschi

My name is Gene Pisaneschi. I like to go by Geno. The reason I am interested is
because I am looking for a job I will enjoy and find passion in. I am an organized person
who has a willingness to learn, who enjoys working with a team on projects and
individually. I consider myself task oriented and pride myself on the completion of a
task or project.
I have been a teacher for 17 year working with ages from 3 to 5th grade in a
variety of settings. What I have been able to gain in these times is many skills. In fact
every job I have had since I was 18 has taught me the value of hard work, an ability to
think in side and out side the box. I like to problem solve and find solutions that work
best for all involved. I have taken many training over 10 years on how to problem solve
and work with people on projects using interpersonal social skills. Life can be a
challenge and we need to balance how we might handle stressful situations.
I feel I am qualified for this job because I am a former pre-school teacher and I
have learned a variety of ways to communicate with different groups of people and that
a task or a project can be done specifically or it can have multiple ways of looking at it
and I have learned to do things as I am told but I also enjoy the freedom to complete a
task that stands out. In creating lesson plans and updating classrooms I feel I have an
organized way of doing things and I like to take an activity and make it fun and
interesting no matter what age I am working with. When it comes to thinking about the
areas of development: Mathematics, Literacy, Social Emotional, Physical, Sensory,
Technology, I feel we all have knowledge and continue to grow in these areas. I want to
both help others in these areas as well as continue to learn in these areas from the people
I work with.
