Transitioning from in-home service jobs and seeking a full-time role in the field of Information Technology. Years of experience in customer service, operations and crew management, and problem solving. I'm on my way to completing a cybersecurity boot camp with University of Oregon, CompTIA A+, Security+ certificates, along with Google IT Support Professional Certificate. My aim is to get a hands on experience along with my studies to round out my knowledge, and continue seeking certifications to further my career.

Managing and coordinating projects, overseeing and training teams, analyzing and recording data in audits. Offered small
business and multifamily properties retrofitting new energy efficient solutions in many consecutive contracts with statewide utilities over seven years. Spoke to a great amount of tenants and property management employees on a daily basis, honed my interpersonal skills, conflict resolution and problem solving.
Worked on large teams responsible for restoring properties and contents affected by fire and water damage. Worked with a dedicated hard working team carrying out the process of packing out and cleaning contents, restoring property damage and assisting in the general recovery process.
