Tonight we had the pleasure of hosting first time speaker Vicki Lind as well as her colleague Ursala Garbrecht of Vicki Lind and Associates. They presented on LinkedIn and how best to make a user’s profile optimized with the proper keywords, how to develop a great summary and the best way to make use of your connections so you get noticed by decision-makers. Everyone in attendance took away some great advice, and the presentation is below if you missed it or want to take another look.
Our last regular event of 2015 will take place on November 18th, at our favorite place, Trader Vic’s, and will feature Jen Anderson. Jen is a career strategist, author and speaker, and her topic will be “Plant Yourself Where You Will Bloom.” She will help attendees find a career that is both personally and financially fulfilling. After the workshop, attendees have the opportunity to network with other Portland professionals. As always, our events are free, no RSVP required and everyone is welcome!
