What will you be covering in your presentation?
I will open with a brief history of myself and where meditation originated. I will then move onto engaging the audience, calling on about 5 people to share: their name, what they believe meditation to be, and how it could help them. In this revealing, I will speak to those points, highlighting more benefits of the practice. Then, a 10-12 minute guided meditation.

Why Should Portland professionals attend?
This is a very important component of any business:

  • You will sharpen your own mind and give yourself an edge
  • Your employees will feel taken care of and this alone boosts morale, let alone the actual benefits of meditation being: focus, productivity, prevent burn-out; spawn creativity and enhance joy in the workplace.

What are the top 3 takeaways for attendees?

  • I will provide them with tangible “right now” tools to de-stress
  • Provide a resource for employers/employees to bring Opulent Mindfulness into the workplace
  • Remind people that “Self care is not selfish.”
