HR Annie Consulting is thrilled to announce that it is taking over as the new host of pdxMindShare, Portland’s premier networking and professional development community. Founded in 1999 by Kent Lewis, pdxMindShare has grown into a dynamic LinkedIn group with over 12,000 members, offering job seekers, professionals, and businesses opportunities to connect, learn, and thrive.
Since its inception, pdxMindShare has been a pillar of Portland’s professional landscape, bridging the gap between talent and opportunity. Under Kent’s leadership, the community flourished, providing invaluable resources through monthly networking events, career workshops, digital content, and insightful discussions. As Kent focuses on his new role as Executive Director of NextNW, HR Annie Consulting is honored to step in and continue the tradition of empowering professionals and businesses alike.
“When I originally created pdxMindShare, it was a monthly networking event designed to connect potential employees with employers, stated Kent Lewis, Founder. “During COVID, we took pdxMindShare online with educational webinars, podcasts, blog posts, and two communities on LinkedIn and Facebook. In late 2024, I realized I did not have the bandwidth or experience to take the organization to the next level. Cindy and her team at HR Annie were my first (and last) stop for strategic partnership.”
