Using Data and Insights to Better Know (and Message) Customers

What: No matter the size of the client, their challenges are the same: they need help transforming their data into actionable, meaningful insights. This transformation, from raw data into stories marketers can understand and use, is where we now live as search marketers.

In this webinar, we’ll explore trends around marketing solutions that use data to go “beyond the channel” — including platforms, software, and quick-and-dirty ideas we can use to capture insights and display them in innovative and invigorating ways.

We’ll also explore some ways data organizations are getting better at offering the holistic customer view with less overhead, and how agencies can tap those resources and become the storytelling strategic partners to many of these organizations.

Who: Stephen Hammill, Director of Insight
A new york city native, Stephen moved to Portland in 2012 to work in data marketing and teamed with some fantastic agencies and people in the quest to better utilize data science to tell stories, from merging data, to cleaning to platforms, and most importantly to strategizing insights into actionable strategic business growth.

He’s a recovering rock n roll musician, and active karaoke addict. A big fan of the Timbers and Thorns, he loves to play soccer around town with friends of all skill levels, and drive his scooter when the weather allows. He now lives in Lake Oswego with his wife Monnie, in a mixed household (three cats and a pug).
