Passengers may remain on the boat until 1:00 am, but the boat will be dockside at 12:30 am, to allow those passengers who wish to disembark to do so.
There are 2 interior and 1 exterior decks on the Portland Spirit. The band and dancefloor will be located on the second floor.
There will be a bistro menu and 2 full service bars available for purchases on board. No alcohol, open containers or outside food permitted.
This is a non-smoking cruise. No illegal drugs, or controlled substances, including prescription drugs and marijuana, will be tolerated. Using marijuana on the water is illegal, regardless of medical condition(s). The use and or possession of illegal drugs or controlled substances is absolutely prohibited.
