Coping with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis (collectively known as inflammatory bowel disease or IBD) can be an extremely challenging and isolating journey. That is why the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation created Take Steps, a walk experience that brings communities together in a fun, family-friendly and supportive atmosphere that lets patients know they’re not alone.

The Foundation’s largest fundraising campaign, Take Steps helps to accelerate the progress of breakthrough research and supports critical patient programs.
