Our highly versatile Scratch Starter® Concentrates are the Next Generation Scratch Cooking.  A highly aromatic fresh-flavored seasoning ingredient for 15 culinary applications, including proteins, cheeses, grains, vinaigrettes, marinades, soups, beverages, baked goods and more.

Our starters are held fresh in the freezer (with an 18-month shelf life), but never freeze solid so they are spoon-ready at a moment’s notice (can also be held in the fridge for a month). They  help reduce waste, labor and SKUs needed to produce a variety of dishes and menus from across the globe without compromising flavor, creativity, quality, health or the planet.
