Company Information

Clark College Foundation is an independent, self-funded, self-governed, nonprofit that assists Clark College through philanthropy. The foundation was established in 1973 as a 501(c)(3) organization.

Today, we are engaged in a $35 million comprehensive campaign that is one of the most important initiatives in Clark’s history.

Clark College Foundation awarded more than $1 million in scholarships, special awards and financial support to 560 students last year. In addition, we support between $2 million to $4 million more a year depending on the college’s needs for programs, projects and faculty/staff development.

Our CEO Lisa Gibert is the 2018 CASE National Commonfund Award for Leadership recipient for Institutionally Related Foundations. We won a Spotlight Award from the Public Relations Society of America’s Oregon chapter and an Educational Fundraising Award from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) in 2019. We are the 2017 silver and bronze winner for feature writing and fundraising publications by CASE in District VIII; and a 2015 gold winner for campaign fundraising communications.
