Meet Jeff Schneider: pdxMindShare’s August Career-Focused Workshop Speaker

On Wednesday, August 20th, we will hold our monthly pdxMindShare event at Trader Vic’s in Portland, and our career-focused workshop will feature Jeff Schneider of Schneider Training Solutions. His topic, Success Habits for Career Growth, is intended to help attendees better understand attributes needed for success and how to embrace these attributes. If you are seeking your next career move you will not want to miss this talk. The attitudes and beliefs that you have about yourself, your abilities and the opportunities available for you are the biggest factor separating you from the life and career you desire.

If you are interested in learning a little more about Jeff, please read on!

What Jeff wants you to know about him:
I am President of Schneider Training Solutions, an authorized agent for Sandler Training and have trained thousands of salespeople and sales managers up and down the West Coast on topics relating to sales, sales management, and personal development. I have a 14-year-old daughter that is a freshman at Clackamas High and an 11 year old son that goes to Happy Valley Middle School. I enjoy running, hiking, mountain biking and microbrews. On Saturdays in the Fall, I tend to yell “Go Ducks” quite a bit. But I still maintain friendships with Beavers (no Huskies).

What she will be covering in her presentation:
We will explore the attributes of successful people as they set personal and professional goals and then achieve those goals. What are the mindsets they have? How do they discipline themselves to consistently do the things necessary to achieve their goals? What tactics do they utilize to keep themselves on track? We will look at Sandler’s Success Triangle of Attitudes, Behaviors and Techniques to better understand what is required to perform at a very high level on a consistent basis.

Why he thinks Portland professionals should attend:
Anyone that is interested in learning about high-performance achievers and what it takes to get to that level and stay there would benefit from this event.

What are the top 3 takeaways for attendees?
1. What attitudes and beliefs are shared by all top-performers? And what beliefs might be holding you back?

2. How can you create a behavioral “cook book” that will drive your actions and prioritize your time toward goal achievement?

3. What techniques and strategies do top-performers employ to help them out-perform the competition?

We hope to see you then! The event is free and everyone is welcome. Also, no RSVP required!
