On the 3rd Wednesday of each month, pdxMindShare hosts a career-focused workshop and networking event at Trader Vic’s in downtown Portland. The workshop topics can include anything from tips on interviewing, resume writing, optimizing your LinkedIn profile to networking successfully, or overcoming adversity. For October, we’ve invited back Jenny Foss of JobJenny.com back and she talked to attendees about how to successfully make a big career change. This presentation is for anyone who thinks they are in the wrong industry or career path, and needs some guidance to navigate themselves into career happiness. After her presentation, Portland professionals mingled, and there were so many great connections made…as usual.
