Watson is a research-driven creative studio that specializes in helping challenger brands achieve strategic growth. We provide strategic planning, branding, creative and campaign 360 stewardship to a diverse range of industries, including cultural institutions, consumer brands and progressive nonprofits. Although we are primarily remote, the agency is based in Portland, Oregon, with offices in San Francisco and Bend, Oregon. YOUR ROLE

• Build and foster productive, efficient, and positive client relationships
• Scope and estimate programs effectively ensuring on time and on budget delivery
• Work closely with creative leads to identify opportunities, and roadblocks
• Champion project management best practices across the studio
• Nurture a positive and result-oriented work environment
• Maintain a deep understanding of your key clients’ business to further WATSON CREATIVE’s lead in the marketplace
• Lead with integrity and empathy

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Seven years or more managing cross-functional, creative projects with mid-sized teams
• Highly organized, problem solver, and self-driven
• Natural leadership and inspiring work ethic
• Passionate about the work and organizational efficiency
• Knowledgeable in various project management philosophies such as waterfall, JIT, AGILE, LEAN principles
• Excellent written and spoken communicator
• Ability to formulate feedback in a constructive manner
• Ability to manage design staff with patience and empathy
• Ability to interface with clients in a highly professional manner
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fluidity, and client requests for revisions
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Ability to wear multiple hats, including working outside of this job description
• A solid and well-developed sense of integrity
• Excellent organizational skills

Our headquarters are tucked away in Portland, Oregon, nestled between the Pacific Ocean, Columbia Gorge, and National Forests, as well as a few volcanoes.
