Key Details:
- Pay: $105k - $115k base + bonus
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; 401k with 3% employer match; PTO; Paid Holidays; Costco Membership
- Location: Hybrid, 4 days/week ONSITE 15812 SW Upper Boones Ferry Rd, Lake Oswego, OR 97035; with occasional travel to satellite offices
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Who We Are: Sleep Metrics was started in 2010 with the singular purpose of improving the health of our patients through increased access to testing for Obstructive Sleep Apnea. We hold firmly to the belief that Great Sleep Changes Everything! We offer in-home sleep disorder diagnostic testing and follow up PAP therapies to support our patients’ health. We are a rapidly growing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company with a fun and hardworking, tight knit team based in Lake Oswego, OR and an office in Eugene.

Other qualifications include:
- 5+ years’ experience in an operations leadership role
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving operational excellence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of improving team morale and engagement
- Financial and strategic planning experience required
- Experience implementing scalable systems and change management initiatives
- Experience in the DME or sleep/respiratory care, preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and professional references check
What You’ll Do: You’ll partner with other leaders to lead operations, optimize performance, and drive organizational success. With a strong leadership background, operational expertise, and keen business acumen, you’ll bring a passion for cultivating high-performing and motivated teams.
A typical day will consist of:
- Implement operational strategy by aligning initiatives with company goals, optimizing processes, and driving performance through KPI accountability
- Foster a high-performing, inclusive culture by mentoring leaders, championing collaboration and continuous learning, driving engagement and retention, and proactively supporting team well-being
- Creating financial efficiencies and decreasing operating costs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, implement scalable systems and SOPs, and drive continuous improvement in productivity, service delivery, and innovation
- Ensure regulatory compliance and proactively manage operational risks to safeguard the organization and its stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned
