Onsite Workshop Support – Temporary (4 Days)

Location: Portland, OR (Retailer Headquarters)
Duration: 4 consecutive days (approx. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily)

Overview

We are seeking a highly polished and confident professional to support the delivery of a 3-day, in-person executive workshop at a major retail organization.

This role works directly with the Senior Consultant and plays a key part in ensuring a seamless, engaging experience for participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Consultant in the delivery of the workshop
• Facilitate small group exercises and, when appropriate, guide discussions with the full group (~35 participants)
• Provide clear, confident instructions to participants throughout sessions
• Distribute and manage workshop materials and handouts
• Coordinate materials and room readiness between sessions
• Maintain strong awareness of the room and participant engagement, adjusting approach as needed
• Represent the program professionally in all interactions with client leadership and participants

Ideal Profile

• Experience supporting or facilitating training sessions, workshops, or corporate events
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and guiding participant activities
• Strong verbal communication skills with excellent command of English
• Professional presence with the ability to engage a room confidently and naturally
• Polished, well-groomed appearance appropriate for a business-casual, executive-facing environment
• Organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage multiple tasks in real time
• Adaptable and responsive—able to read the room and adjust tone and approach as needed
• Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor

Additional Notes

• Retail or corporate training experience is an asset
• Role may involve use of a microphone depending on room setup
• This is a client-facing role; professionalism, discretion, and reliability are essential
