- Role: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- Location: Salem, OR
- Pay: Starting at $19.50/hour
· Schedule: We currently have two full time shift options available in the South Salem area. All shifts take place in our residential homes:
- Option 1 – Afternoon/Evening Schedule: Thursday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM & Friday through Monday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Option 2 – Morning/Day Schedule: Friday & Saturday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM & Sunday & Monday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Who We’re Looking For: You are a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a supportive environment. You respect and uphold the dignity of every person and bring warmth and empathy to all interactions. You are also comfortable and experienced in managing behaviors in a supportive, person-centered way. Additional qualifications include:
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- High School Diploma or GED
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to perform physical tasks and provide behavioral support
Your Impact: As a DSP at SCC, you’ll provide person-centered care, helping individuals achieve their goals and enjoy fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting daily activities and skill-building
- Administering medications and monitoring health
- Facilitating community engagement and activities
- Documenting progress and maintaining detailed records
