The Medical Teams International Marketing Department runs multiple campaigns and initiatives year-round to acquire, cultivate, and reactivate constituents. Many of these efforts have specific entry points and journeys that are established to move constituents toward deeper involvement with the organization. However, there are several reasons why the various treatments may not be operating as intended.
We want to acquire constituents, communicate with them in way that compels them to respond, be able to confirm that the systems are working properly and consistently, and have tools in place to monitor performance. This project aims to solve the main challenges in meeting our goals.
