We seek a Business Intelligence Project Manager (Operations & Policy Analyst 3) to join our reporting team.


The Business Intelligence Project Manager will focus on supporting, implementing, and managing Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse projects from launch to final deliverables supporting business intelligence services and analytics to the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS). The employee will also need experience managing multiple, complex short- and long-term data/report projects.

You will manage daily tasks, report status, and communicate with the extended project team, steering committee, and business users. It will be essential that the employee have extensive business knowledge, including;  BI expertise, Data Warehouse architecture background, people management, project management, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

The candidate will be able to anticipate and understand potential issues and problems and be equipped with the necessary information and knowledge to prepare, organize, plan and coordinate activities to complete and successfully deliver the project.

What you need to qualify


A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and four years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
Any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification.
