Join this free, in-person, workshop to learn research supported tactics that go beyond will power and “SMART” goals to make it easy to achieve your goals in 2024.
Good Intentions Aren’t Good Enough
Do you set the same resolutions year after year? Or forget what goals you set by the time March rolls around?
Despite our best efforts, life has a way of overwhelming our plans.
The dreams you want to realize are gradually eroded by the day-to-day overwhelm of just living your life. And suddenly another year has gone by and nothing has changed.
It doesn’t have to be that way though. 2024 could be the year where you transition from surviving to thriving. From good intentions to actually making it happen.
It’s Not About Willpower or Discipline
It’s a common mistake to think that to be successful you just have to be more disciplined. That you need to build that will power “muscle.”
This is a road that leads to failure. It’s a strategy that works against who you are and how you are by trying to force you to behave differently. It’s like trying to run a marathon in someone else’s shoes.
Fortunately, there are better ways.
