The foundation to intentional growth is understanding who you are and how you are. If you’re not aware of where you succeed and where you struggle, then you’ll wander through life bumping into the same obstacles again and again.
You can’t fix the patterns that you don’t see.
This 1.5 hour reflection will provide you with dedicated time to self-observe, reflect, and bring clarity to your choices.
Answering Questions With Others Leads to Insight
Often we reflect alone with a journal, thinking on a plane, or while walking the dog. This is useful. However, new insights often emerge when we reflect with others.
When someone asks us an excellent question we discover new perspectives. When we see how others think about their answers, we reconsider our own. The social mirror brings fresh insights.
In this special reflection, you’ll answer questions in small groups and large groups about what gives you joy, what drains you, what energizes you, what’s meaningful and more.

– This is a safe space, share or don’t- it’s up to you.

Who is Facilitating
This reflection is organized by Moser Community Toastmasters, part of the non-profit, Toastmasters International. It is facilitated by veteran entrepreneur, John Hooley, and expert coach, Chris Moore. Chris is certified by the International Federation of Coaches and is also an Authorized Partner of The Five Behaviors, a Certified Transformational Coach, and an Everything DISC Certified practitioner. John has presented on social psychology and persuasion at conferences across the US and Canada.
