Court Morse will talk about the resiliency of communities of color to navigate dominant culture business, particularly their own journey and experience. Court will give recommendations of the ways in which businesses can be more inclusive of people of color, and gender non-conforming folks.

Court Morse is enrolled in the Sault Ste Marie tribe of Chippewa, Ojibwe, Anishinaabeg. They identify as a proud Two-Spirit activist and movement builder having worked on numerous campaigns, with several human rights organizations for gender justice, racial justice, education funding, environmental justice across the country but primarily in Oregon. They had the honor of fighting as a water protector at the Two Spirit Nation camp at Standing Rock and have served most recently as an Equity & Inclusion Program Manager for various organizations.
