Join the True Calling Recruitment team in partnership with Ruthie Ditzler, Owner of Vision Bloom, and Brandi Oldham, Owner of Talent Career Coaching, for a Career Vision Boarding Workshop!

This workshop is a unique, right-brain-centered experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with what truly matters to you, and create a clear, compelling career vision.

During this 3-hour, hands-on workshop, you’ll step out of hustle mode and into intentional reflection. Through guided exercises, visualization, and creative exploration, you’ll uncover what you want your work to feel like, not just what it looks like on paper, and translate that clarity into a powerful career vision.

No artistic experience required! If you can show up, you can vision board. All supplies are provided, along with thoughtful guidance to help you create a meaningful, effective tool you can return to throughout your job search.

Together, we’ll:

• Explore the science of goal setting and why visioning works

Tickets are $27, and 10% of proceeds will be donated to Portland Immigrant Rights Coalition (PIRC). PIRC fights for immigrant justice in Oregon with rapid response, advocacy, and organizing.
