Royalwise Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help with general office tasks, as well as social media marketing and posting our classes to our website.
We are a computer training and support company so you must have experience with Mac computers, iPads, iPhones, Microsoft Office, iWork, DropBox, Evernote, Apple Mail, Calendar, and project management apps such as Trello.
Ideally, you have 2+ years experience in an administrative role, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, a flexible schedule, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, work management and prioritizing skills, and Internet research experience.
This position is currently 5-10 hours per week. Hours may increase as our company grows, so we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us. You may work onsite or virtually, but must be available for team meetings in our home office once every 2 weeks.
