The MindShare FlexSpace, located in the vibrant and diverse Northeast Portland neighborhood, offers professionals a unique and creative space to work, create and collaborate. The FlexSpace is housed in the second floor of The Anvil Building, complete with bathroom, conference room, kitchen and other creative meeting spaces. With 20 foot ceilings and a mezzanine, the recently completed space includes green elements like instant hot water heaters, energy-efficient construction from sustainable materials.

Located just off MLK and blocks away from the freeway, TheMindShare FlexSpace is serviced by major bus lines and surrounded by restaurants and other service based businesses. MindShare charges a per-person monthly fee for full-service, including desk & chair, broadband Internet access, a conference room, kitchen and plenty of creative space. The more desks you purchase, the more you save. Rates start at $350 and go as low as $225 per month.
