pdxMindShare was founded in 1999 by Anvil Media, Inc., as a means for exploring the future of the Internet through some of the top thinkers in Portland, OR. Once the dot bomb hit, the mission evolved into helping technology professionals find work.

The monthly gatherings were small and focused until January of 2002,when the event was opened up to all professionals. Professionals looking for employment or to expand their network should visit our pdxMindShare Email archives to see past issues of our free weekly email before signing up via the box to the upper right. Companies looking to hire talent can submit a job posting for our weekly emails.
